Ok, it is official now. This is indeed the guy Ezema is sending into the ring for the Addis Ababa mayor position. It is most probable that Ezema will win Addis Ababa and this guy will become the mayor in the coming few months. Most likely 3 parties will secure seats in the Addis Ababa city counsel (Ezema, PP and Balderas in that order).

He is an Addis Ababan (the first Addis Ababan to become mayor of the city in 30 years) and comes from the business community. Two good basis for the job.
