As every decent person knows, the main purpose of the Addis Ababa police force is to suppress its resident not to serve since TPLF by design. The police budget is divided in ethnic line especially to benefit the Southern Galla as they explained it special benefit from Addis. We have one and only one law in the country then why do we need a Gall police commission in Addis Ababa? why do we need a third like private police force in Addis Ababa? We do not need to build a police force for every ethnicity in Addis Abbaba.
