Looting is war crime. There is no period of limitation for prosecution of war crimes - meaning they can be tried anyday in their entire life. I am sure you have heard of 70, 80 years old nazis being tried for crimes they committed during World War II. Things will not remain as they are - obviously. Denkoro weyanay rodent. They're just transporting equipment from place A to place B. Why would anyone loot chairs at war? There are far more valuable things to take. The bank right on side is safe. The fact that the guy taking the video says the chairs belong to some woreda testifies that it's not looted from a private house. Simply it's being transported to another part of your kilil.
