Who said somalia is a failed state? In the contrary, we envy you our somali brothers. You have at least a working parliament.

Here's how one report described the absurd state of Eritrea "Eritrea’s totalitarian state is extreme and includes a ratified Constitution that hasn’t been implemented; the absence of national elections since independence from Ethiopia in 1991; its Parliament does not meet; the President, Isaisa Afwerki rules without institutional restraint..." I don't think anyone can find a country with a government system worse than ours.

I think it's luxury to talk about deficit of governance. We need to talk mental health. Look at how the HGDEF blind follower replied above.

Some people are broken beyond repair. I don't read many people on this site. Trust me, no mental health care will ever cure them. Just ignore them.
