Yohannes Abraham is an Adjunct Lecturer in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School, where he previously served as a Residential Fellow at the Institute of Politics.

Prior to Harvard, Abraham served as Senior Advisor at the Obama Foundation, helping to set up the new organization as interim Chief Operating Officer. Before joining the Obama Foundation, Abraham served in the White House as Senior Advisor to the National Economic Council and Deputy Assistant to the President and Chief of Staff of the Office of Public Engagement and Intergovernmental Affairs. In his role as Senior Advisor Valerie Jarrett’s top aide, he oversaw the team tasked with engaging state and local governments, the private sector, organized labor, and advocacy groups across the spectrum to inform and promote President Obama’s policy priorities. These roles placed him in the middle of many of the second term’s priority legislative, confirmation, and communications battles.

Abraham first began working for then-Senator Obama during his Iowa Caucus campaign in 2007. He went on to serve as Senator Obama’s Virginia Field Director in the 2008 general election. During President Obama’s first term, Abraham served in the White House Office of Legislative Affairs and as National Political Director of Organizing for America. Abraham was then one of the first staffers selected to help set up the Obama-Biden 2012 re-election campaign.

A native of Springfield, Virginia, Abraham received his BA from Yale College. He received his MBA with high distinction from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar. He resides in Alexandria, Virginia and sits on the Democratic National Committee's Rules and Bylaws Committee.

Millete Birhanemaskel is a Partner and Investment Executive at PB Advisors. She manages investments and is a strategic LPL Financial Planner.

Birhanemaskel earned an MBA from Colorado State University and was selected as a 2013 Monfort Professor-in-Residence. She is one of the first women appointed to the Colorado Economic Development Commission and is a graduate of the Denver Chamber of Commerce Leadership Denver.

Prior to becoming a registered advisor, Birhanemaskel was an award-winning reporter for six years. Highlights of her career include covering the election of Africa’s first female president, Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf in Liberia as well as being awarded Journalist of the Year by the National Association of Black Journalists Region IV.

In 2009, Birhanemaskel won the Social Responsibility Award from the Colorado Black Chamber of Commerce Chamber Connect after she founded The Ethiopian Community Center in Denver. She is a past board member of Project Education Sudan and Denver Sister Cities International.

Her father, Birhanemaskel Madhaniy, was a freedom fighter and governor in Ethiopia. He also began the first Ethiopian Orthodox Church in Denver. She lives in Denver with her 8-year-old daughter.

It is useless for one to claim "ours" no matter how many diplomas and certificates one staples on his wall.
What matters is how many poor peasants you help to improve their lives, how many orphaned children you support, and how many destitute women you free and improve their lives in the nation that educated you, be it poor Ethiopia or destitute Eritrea.
Are the people who educated you with their tax money, getting clean water, their children educated better,
have access to better healthcare, electric power is reliable, grain, diary and chicken production is affordable,
have access to cheap mobile internet ... have a just government, freedom to think and express it ?
Anything else be it sacks of money, mansion or piles of diplomas in America or Europe is counted as greed and worthless.

Chika Angol thankless ethnics, When we arrived in Addis Ababa we did not find a dollar in the central bank but woyane came with $300M dollars cash and divided it with the four core ethnics of Tigray, Amhara, Oromo and southern equally to set up companies to help their ordinary people and where are they now, all are mega billionaire companies and we developed your ethnics and opened schools every corner and produced mass educated youths. A beggar country converted to a an attractive investment destination until you started burning them and it was the highest economic growth for 27 years consecutively. But when your chika angols came to power they destroyed them withing two years.
