Issayas put Eritrean soldiers in front Amharu soldiers and given orders to shoot Eritrean soldiers who try to flee and per Eritrean soldiers "Eritreans completely destroyed in countless thousands of Eritrean soldier". Both Amharu soldiers from the back and Tigray from their front destroyed in Southern and all Eritrea borders.
