Re: BREAKING! Now Streaming - My Interview on Sputnik Radio about Ethiopia
Thanks, teodros for speaking the truth.
On your concern of shutting off the Internet and your notion of collective punishment, even the journalist challenged you. He asked whether you are talking about some thing like a genocide or turning off the internet in order to control the security situation of a certain area, in this case Tigray. So, your criticism of the Ethiopian administration is a bit hasty and unfair
You had a question for me yesterday as to what I would have felt if the Internet blackout was affecting the region which I was more sympathetic to. The question assumes that each and every Ethiopian is now a narrow-minded ethno nationalst, and there is no more Ethiopian nationalism where one feels the pain or gain of communities in every corner of Ethiopia equally. I found this implied assumption highly offensive. It is a wrong assumption. Honestly, speaking there is no region or corner of Ethiopia that I favour over others. If that was the case, then my concern to Ethiopia is hypocritical,.
Overall, I like the interview. Congratulations. You are certainly contributing to the American audience that is paying attention to what is happening in Ethiopia get clarity on the immediate cause of this conflict and more.

Brother T, I disagree with your Mai-kadra assessment (by the way you mispronounced it.
Before jumping into conclusion and blaming the atrocity on ‘Samar’, which is also abiy’s talking point, you need to objectively answer these questions (otherwise u r risking losing your credibility)
1- why is Abiy govt blocking independent investigation
2-what are survivors of this atrocity in Sudan telling us? (Look at NY times article today on this topic )
Until you answer these important questions, refrain from guessing who the true perpetrators are. Follow the truth wherever it may lead you.

Thanks for the great work Teodrose, I spent some time browsing your site. I will sure try to follow your programs. By the way, I thought you were some 80 year old man, I don’t know why. It would be fantastic if you sometimes speak Amharic.
Thanks again.

Gash mamo,
I shall try to speak more Amharic, I have been in the states for 38 years thus why my Amharic is challenged to say the least. Also being in the states for close to 4 decades is also why I probably sound like an 80 year old man, this country makes one age, thankfully i also picked up wisdom with it.
Have a blessed night
Teodrose

Re: BREAKING! Now Streaming - My Interview on Sputnik Radio about Ethiopia
Hello, Teddy!
I remember you several years ago, making loud noise outside a stadium in Washington, D.C. You literally disappeared after that. All of a sudden you popped up with lots of interesting stories after sensing victory by the Ethiopian National Defense Force over the TPLF. In other words, you showed up on time to share the fruit of the victory. Where were you when so may atrocities were committed on Ethiopians, particularly on the Amhara's over the past few years in the Oromia region. Why didn't you speak up during those years as you are doing now? We may call you an opportunist or "Hodam" in Amharic.
Why are you also focusing on such trivial issues as the Internet when there are other pressing issues in the Tigray region? I am sure you realize that, sometimes, blocking access to the Internet may be strategically important to bring lasting peace to the region. I ask you to give the Ethiopian government a break until it addresses the TPLF issue and then you can voice your opinion about Internet access after that. Otherwise, you sound like some Western journalists who remain ridiculously oblivious to what is going on in Ethiopia. I think you can do better than that.

You know bro, before you assume the worst about someone, please ask. Here is what I know, you and your crowd who ruined the lives of countless many by labeling them "woyane" and starting rumors against people , excuse my language, that [deleted] will not work on me. Be careful the words you use, I am humble, but when people come at me trying to ruin my name, I can give back a thousand times worse than what I have received. You ever heard that saying "never pick a fight with people who own ink by the barrel". Reflect on that...EwnetYashenifal wrote: ↑10 Dec 2020, 23:57Hello, Teddy!

But then again, let me be humble, it's that type of anger at hateful people that made me homeless to begin with. If you must know, I was homeless for almost two years, that is why I disappeared. Good luck to you Ewnet, be your name instead of living in the lie of your ego, that is how you win, through love, you will always be a loser through your pride.
