It should be dissolved completely. The Wester and southern part of Tigray should be given back to Amara, the East and North East, to Afar Kilil and the norther part to Eritrea (but without its habitants, just the land only). They can move to other part of the new Kilil. Where do you want to go Mr. Halafi?
