A brazen letter by UK Member of Parliament
Kate Osamor, writing to UK Foreign Secretary
Dominic Raab, requesting UK to recognise Tigray region if it declares its independence from Ethiopia.
Astonishing!
She's dumb enough, to misspell- secede!

The question that comes to mind when I read stuff like this is that, if the barren Kilil of Tigray decides to secede from the Ethiopian union, why is it usually interpreted as the "disintegration" of Ethiopia, when in fact the amputation of a body part in cancer cases is to save the patient's life by preventing the spread of cancer cells that would affect other parts of the body. I say let them secede and have the British try to keep them alive by holding Live Aid concerts.

Those who are calling to secede are getting the ears of Tegaru. Those who are calling against cessation, including TPLF movers and shakers are losing. The actions of Abiy are not helping Tegaru ethiopianists. I think this is not good.

There’s clearly efforts by anti Eritrea forces trying to drag Eritrea into this internal Ethiopia matter and internationalize the war by making it cross the borders. That kind of situation will create a UN response and even give opportunity for Tigray to be shown as a victim of two powerful armies.

Abiys army’s more than capable to dismantle tplf

Eritrea and Ethiopia: Some Thoughts on Recent Events in Tigray
BY FIKREJESUS AMAHAZION (Ph.D.)
As events continue to unfold and we attempt to get a grasp on things, I am reminded of a passage from historian Alemseged Tesfai’s excellent article, “The March of Folly” (1999), where he comments,
"It is an unfortunate situation that defies a decent analysis or explanation. One cannot any longer discuss the Weyane or respond to their allegations without fearing for one’s own reputation and sense of decency. I used to think that pathological lying was an individual psychological illness. We now learn from the Weyane, that governments too can be seized of the malaise. It does not matter if a lie is disproved, it comes back double; two lies become four and four jumps to eight…in arithmetic progression."

Zombie,
She reminds me of Dana Rohrabacher, the fool who parrotted the Agame tyrant and ended up losing his House seat. Anybody who collaborated with the savage ends up in the dump. We'll see what the new Secretary of State thinks about the whole thing.
