የአማራ ክልል መተከል ይገባኛል ጥያቄ የህዳሴ ግድብ ይገባኛል ማለት እንደሆነ ታወቀ!

ደመቀ መኮንን በመተከል ዞን ሙሉ ለሙሉ ትጥቅ እያስፈታ ያለው ኦሮሞውን ብቻ እንደሆነ እና ከባድ መሳሪዎች ጭምር እያስታጠቀ ያለው ደግሞ በቅርቡ በአማራ ነጋዴዎች አስተባባሪነት ወደ መተከል የተጫኑ የአማራ ሰፋሪዎችን ብቻ እንደሆነ ለጉዳዩ ቅርበት ያላቸው ስማቸው እንዳይጠቀስ የፈለጉ አንድ ከፍተኛ የኢትዮጵያ መንግስት ባለስልጣን ገልፀውልኛል።
የደመቀ መኮንን ዓላማ በአባይ ወንዝ ላይ የተገነባውን የህዳሴ ግድብ አማራ ክልል ስር ለማስገባት እና ከኦሮሞ ህዝብ እጅ ለማውጣት እንደሆነ እኝሁ በምሬት የሚናገሩት ከፍተኛ የኢትዮጵያ መንግስት ባለስልጣን፣ ጉዳዩን ለኦሮሞ ህዝብ እንዳሳውቅላቸው አበክረው ጠይቀዋል።
በአባይ ወንዝ ላይ የተሰራው የህዳሴ ግድብ፣ የተሰራው ሙሉ በሙሉ በኦሮሞ እና በቤኒ ሻንጉሎች ህዝብ መሬት ላይ ሲሆን ዶ/ር አብይ አህመድ ይህን ዲሞግራፊ ለመለወጥ እና አማራ ለማስፈር ያመቸው ዘንድ የ100 ቢልዮን ብር በጀት መድቦ ሁለት የአማራ ከተሞችን በአፄ ኃይለስላሴ ዘመን የነፍጠኛ ከተሞች ሞዴላ ለማሰራት እየተንቀሳቀሰ መሆኑንም እኝሁ ከፍተኛ ባለስልጣን አስተውቀዋል።
የመተከል ነዋሪም አብዛኞቹ ኦሮሞዎች ሲሆኑ የተቀሩት ቤኒ ሻንጉሎች እና አገዋዋች መሆናቸው ይታወቃል።
በብሄር ኩታ ገጠም አማራ የሚባል ህዝብ ከመተከል ዞን ጋር በጭራሽ አይዋሰንም።
የአማራ ክልል የመተከል ይገባኛል ጥያቄ፣ በለመዱት "ሰም እና ወርቅ" ሲመነዘር የህዳሴ ግድብ ይገባኛል ጥያቄ እንደሆነም እኝሁ ከፍተኛ ባለስልጣን አስታውቋዋል።
የኦሮሞ ህዝብ መሬቶች ከአንድ ሶስተኛ በላይ አማራ ተብሎ በተሰየመው ክልል ስር መጠቃለላቸው ይታወቃል።
በዚህም መሰረት፣ ከግማሽ በላይ የዱሮው የጎጃም ክፍለ አገር እና ሙሉ ወሎ የኦሮሞ ግዛቶች ሲሆኑ ከዱሮው ሸዋ ክፍለ አገርም ጂሩን ጨምሮ ወደ ስድስት ወረዳዋች በህገ ወጥ መንገድ ወደ አማራ ክልል ተካለዋል።
በተለያዩ የአሜርካ ከተሞች እያደረኩኝ ባለው ህዝባዊ ውይይቶች ወደ አማራ ክልል የተከለሉ የኦሮሞ ግዛቶች አስመላሽ አለም አቀፍ ኮሚቴ እንዲቋቋ ከኦሮሞ ህዝብ ጥሪዎች እየቀረቡ ይገኛሉ።
በህዳሴ ግድብ ላይ በቤኒ ሸንጉል ክልል እና በአማራ ክልል መካከል እየተነሳ ባለው የግድቡ ይገባኛል ጥያቄ አሁን ባለው መዋቅር መሰረት በቤኒ ሸንጉል እጅ ካልቆየ ግድቡ ኦሮሚያ ስር እንዲሆን የተቀናጀ ዘመቻ እንዲጀመር እኝሁ ከፍተኛ የኢትዮጵያ መንግስት ባለስልጣን አበክረው አሳስበዋል።
የኦሮሞ ግዛቶች አስመላሽ አለም አቀፍ ኮሚቴ የማቋቋም ጉዳይ እና የህዳሴ ግድብ በኦሮሚያ ስር በሚጠቃለልበት ሁኔታ ላይ በቅርቡ ህዝባዊ ውይይቶች እንጀምራለን።
Note:
This new development is critically important for all Ethiopia’s security and development partners! The same holds true of Sudan and Egypt. AU and UN Security Council must pay utmost attention as well. I will write more in English as the news unfold! The Ethiopian Reporter, local newspaper, also reported on the matter!

Tommy, what do you learn and tell you from your post about "Ayashumuye and Amoy" leadership of woyane for the last three years??? Had Debresiol listen my suggestion two years ago to go back to Addis Ababa and kick out the mercenary and partition the country peacefully and Tigray could have taken its share from all federal properties and Abay dam could have been under the control of shareholders/bond holders and every ethnic could have been owned it. The moron and frozen brain Debresiol and Sebhat EPRP and Daniel Berhane the shanqla put us in this situation now could not do much because our enemies are armed and more organized and more costly to Tigray to do anything.

It reveals Meles vision could not see beyond his own power than the history of the country to push so hard to build the Dam and all Tigrayans were consumed by it instead of focusing Tigray. Now we all see it was very bad idea Tigray to involve for the ungrateful ethnics and Abay dam killed Meles and now haunting us by the Arabs.

It is not Meles Abay Yedefere but Meles Ye Tigray telatoch Ternfo Tigray Liatefu Yasmeta.

The Abay dam is an Ethiopian dam. Not a single Ethiopian tribe could claim it.
As for the demographic around the dam being changing, it will be. I am guessing a few small cities around the dam will mushroom. As cities it will lure Ethiopians from all walks of life, irrespective of ethnicity, who will rush to the area seeking job opportunities in the meantime creating their own family roots in the new city they will be part birthing. This is a good news. If the Ethiopian government allocates money for this eventuality, it is even more awesome.
The time that most Ethiopians are born and die in the same village is going to change. That is good news to the great majority of Ethiopians. To tribal politicians, well, it complicates their whole political “belief.”

እንዳፈቀደ መሬትን መቆራረስ ብቻልምና ኮንፌድሬሽን ቢመሰረትም ጥቂት ሃብታሞች ከመፍጠር ውጭ የስንዝር ያህል የሚቀየር ነገር የለም። ለውጥም እድገትም አይኖርም። ተቆራርሶ ካፒታሊዝም ብልጽግና አይገኝም። የሚንገላታው መከራውን የሚያየው ደሃው ብቻ ነው። ያሳዝናል አያስገርምም ግን።
