1. The new revised map of Tigray must be displayed in all elementary, high schools and colleges of Tigray and in all government and private institutions throughout Tigray.

2. Tigray arm forces must be move out from the current regions and station in Metema Yohannes, Abraha Jira, Abdel Raffe’e, Ras Dejene, Angareb river, Abergele, Alowuha Melash river and Afar regions. The military must be active organizing all Agew ethnics and Qimant and arm them and unite as one to defend the Qimant and Agew and tell them Gonder city is their capital city moving forward. Tell all Amharu settlers to leave peacefully from all the occupied regions of Tigray and Qimant and Agew lands.

3. Tigray must take over the leadership of eastern Oromia and Wollo Oromo ethnic and help them to organize and arm themselves and work together while OLF should be mobilize the western and central Oromia to meet them in Addis Ababa. Tigray must control Afar with Afar people because all the bad things will come via Afar and Tigray must monitor it from locusts and other activities. If Tigray can do the above promptly then Tigray with Oromo will liberate and control the union until then.

4. Mengisti Tigray must dispatch our ministry of foreign affair to Sudan and tell them Sudan army to move in to Beneshangule with the consultation of Egypt and let them protect Beneshangule ethnic and monitor Abay Dam. All Amhara must be evicted from Beneshangule. This is the key for winning against Amhara and regain our looted lands without even bloodshed, Sudan is the key for our winning strategy and Sudan should play if the mad man Issayas reacts to go after him from west front Sudan and from south Tigray and will kick him out of Eritrea all people to live in peace.

Mengisti Tigray, enough fooling to yourself the best way to hit Amhara is not just Tigray forces but there is another very effective way to combat them and Tigray to separate its border from Amhara and regain our lands, that is recruit, arm, deploy as many as you can all the Agew clans and Qimant, if you do that then Tigray will have full and clear road to take out the battle ground from Tigray and fight them in Qimant and Agew regions then destroy Amhara and put Qimant and Agew in Gonder city.

Remember Mengisti Tigray if fight starts Tigray has to mercilessly hit them very hard from all directions and end the fight in a very short period of time and regain our lands and put Qimant and Agew in a strong position. So long Agew and Qimant are in a strong position then Amhara cannot cross to Tigray. I totally believe the war will not last one week Amhara will surrender because they will say we are Tigrayans too specially in the looting regions of north Gonder and Alowuha Melash. Your next step is to evict all Amharu from all Tigray regions up to the border of Angareb river to Metema Yohannes and all Alowuha Melash areas. The last thing or the third step you should do is mobilize youths mainly from eastern and central Tigray to resettle them in all looted lands immediately they way you did during the struggle one of woyane finest job by taking all Tigrayans from Sudan and put them in western Tigray. This time do exactly the same way by taking all youths and put them there and let them farm and produce food for all Tigray markets and pay their taxes, this is called a win-win investment opportunity to be benefited for foreseeable future by Mengisti Tigray.

Tigray territories restoration committees should ask Tigrayan nationalists money on "Gofundme" to bring professional people to put all witnesses territories, witnesses people on video with each regions. You need manpower and skilled people from camera people, journalists and lawyers to complete the job. For nationalist Tigrayans this is the most important for the future of Tigray if we want to see Tigray is a nation and feed itself and transform our society to the next stage of industrialization. Regaining or restoring our lands from south western and southern frontier will bring Red Sea with the people too.
