Why the top Egyptian spy in Ethiopia touring Abay Dam and the next day Egypt sent strong warning to bomb the Dam Issayas visited yesterday, what does it tell us??? Despite Issayas was dismissed from Addis Ababa Univeristy due to bad grade, he was engineering student and still has some ideas when he saw Abay Dam at close in person he can tell where to hit the dam in order to maximize the damage and he can tell them east or west or south or north or middle of the Dam to bomb it and destroy the rest of the Dam. That information is already in Egyptian security hands and the air force know where to hit the Dam by now.
