Why are Ejolies like this Wollegan guy so intelligent, and the parasitic waragays like amayah/horus are retards?

waragays is not just parasitic but it is prostitute tribe that has no territory of its own. I'm pretty sure it will be terminally punished by all the southern ethnics in particular and Oromos and Amharus in general. Waragay had been the source of Ethiopian misery, greed, cheapness, meanness, traitorous character, lies, dishonesty, hate-mongering, cowardice, pervertism (ala ho'mossinia), etc.
