Tigraway needs to be smarter than ever this time!
I think TPLF needs to be reborn and smarter than before in all aspects. Surely, TPLF understands that it is surrounded by enemies, including King Isias, the Nefxegna neighbour and the Gobanna gov. TPLF must think if any conflict starts and extends to full blown war, there would be high damage and casualties. Therefore, make sure all the plans on the ground are workable and effective to the benefit of Tigraway. Work with ORMOS, Somalis & South Nation and nationalities to disperse the Gobana forces. Train the Oromo youths, Somali, Benishangul and other disgruntled nations and send them to their respective Kilillis, so that they can teach their people.

That is exactly I was telling them but the leadership is not proactive, they are all reactionaries. Tigray should immediately recognize Addis Ababa is Oromia capital city and Tigray must go very hard on Amhara and take over our looted lands and compensate the damage will incur.
