The excuse I heard that these cowards submit to PMAA was because of COVID-19 which exactly what the ethio election board told these scum bag agames.
So, what is really the reason.

All these fukeras and the militia with outdated rusted arms was believing that PMAA might come to the table and pardon the woyane shiftas who are hiding in mekele rat holes just like he pardoned the previous Ethio opposing factions in Eritrea and abroad. Well it didn't happen and will never happen.
