Re: Wolaita ethnic is more united and effective to push Abiy and released their leaders than Z none effective noise of O

You certainly have a dubious agenda here when you shed your crocodile tear for the victims of government brutality in Wolaita. However, the Wolaita people did nothing wrong in requesting the constitutionally mandated rights of any group or community. It is sad to see young people are mowed by security forces just because they demanded to exercise their right. The same security establishment that didn't lift a finger to avert the massacre of civilians in Oromia is now quick to pull the trigger at the Wolaita youth.

One wonders how long this double standard would continue in that country. When requested to push for the amendment of the real dangers stacked in the constitution. the answer is "we do not change the law just so to please one region". When people request to exercise their right according to the same rule, then they are outlawed and killed in their dozens. We all keep wishing that our best days are ahead ...but what reality dictates on the ground is on the contrary. ...based on tangible facts.

I am comparing Wolaita and Oromo ethnics how effective and united they are, the Wolaita came out in millions to the street to demand for the release of their leaders and other demands and the result is very effective, their leaders released immediately yet the corrupt Oromo Aba Leba bribe mongers did nothing except cashing in on the expense of political prisoners from Abiy and they are still in prison and no one is reacting after the initial unorganized anarchy. We can see Oromo loves ready made and claim it than working on it, they could not maintain what was given to them-Kilil???

Mr Halafi,
I agreed. Gallas are simply a show and attention seekers. Additionally, they are divided and they won't progress no matter what. Gallas better to be ruled than to rule.

Two differences. One, the Wolyata’s demand is just. They demonstrate peacefully, no killing, burning of properties, a civilized way of opposition. Second, Wolyata is more united because they have no quantifiable differences among them. They could be a million of them, but could have one voice.
Contrast that with the Oromo opposition.

you are absolutely right. look at for example bokoji town today that is located in arsi, home of jawar. while their leader is in jail they can't even boycott the market. they go on with their usual business as if nothing happened. maferia!
wolayta is a different matter. it is true they have tigrean blood.
