What is the difference ? That is a meaningless statement. The OLF members who participated in killing Ethiopians and OLF should be responsible for the massacre. It is insane for OLF to admit it has no control of its members. Even the mafia does control its killers . As OLF admits if it is an organization its members act as they wish, with no control over them at all, it is time to close this ancient organization which is devoid of idea, plan, and vision.
It is a hate breed machine. The Oromia region and Ethiopia in general will be a safe place to live absent OLF. That is not to mean it is the only tribal organization that Ethiopians like to wish away.
