The ministries of water resources, ministry of Agriculture and ministry of forestry must coordinate and recruit rich Tigrayans to set up a factory for "W40 and Penetrating Oil" in Tigray and let the farmers and all automobile and others buy them to maintain all kind of machines for smooth operation and for their long duration. What I see is all the machines planted in all Tigray regions are not maintained and they are out function right now but if the farmers learn how to clean them once a while just by spring little bit will operate smoothly and will last for longer period of time. This is a win-win situation for the company owners, for the consumers of farmers and for Mengisti Tigray to collect more taxes from both and the self reliance will be at the hear of Tigray. This kind of projects are the only way Tigray can transform itself from poverty leap to the next stage for industrial sector as developed society. As human and animals need feed and water to sustain them steel machines need food too, the food is oil like our hairs need food oil to maintain and keep our hears from falling and become bold scull head.
