Tigreans and Oromos in Seattle advise qeerroo to defend itself by any means necessary

Oromos and Tigrerans also agreed to invoke article 39 any time they need to declare their respective independence.

Both should declare to cash in ART39 and this bloody Ethiopia will be over.
