Tigray will be recognized by post- Isaias Eritrea/Midri Bahri( same as TPLF/EPRDF sponsored and recognized Eritrea). Tigray does not need recognition. Article 39 is enough. But, Tigray and Eritrea can not be one country. Tigray will be on its own. Your problem is which part of Ethiopia is Tigray ? There is no legitimate border, acceptable to both Amharas and Tigrayans. Solve that one first.

What i see here is not genuine love or friendship but you want to use Eritreans as a leverage or sacrificing lamb yet again to get alone with Ethiopians.
