How Could the Pro-Amharanet-Oromo Defeat the Pro-Oromumma-Oromo in the Past Three Revolutions?

How surprising to observe that the pro-Amharanet Oromo elites could control Finfinne palace again. This trend is going on since 1270 and we thought that we changed the trajectory in 2018 as Dr. Abiy took the PM position. Unfortunately, Dr. Abiy betrayed Oromummaa and opted to keep the dominance of Amharanet being masked with Ethiopiawinet. Oromo struggle for freedom is again at square one. Now, our struggle is not necessarily against the explicit Abyssinian elites, but against the very subtle pro-Amharanet Oromo elites led by Abiy Ahmed. This phase of our struggle will be the most bitter for it divides the Oromo camp clearly in to two: the incumbent pro-Amharanet vs the opposing pro-Oromummaa! How pity that the true Oromo nationalists lost in the last three revolutions because of the self-beating Oromo elites: 1) 1974 the Oromo head of state Col. Mengistu fought against the OLF (the symbolic face of Oromo’s bilisummaa/freedom). 2) 1991 the Oromo presidant Dr Nagasso was against the OLF and 3) 2018 the Oromo PM Abiy Ahmed is sabotaging the OLF.

Last but not least, nothing can bypass the aspiration of Oromo nation for freedom and sovereignty. Regional integration of that cursed area, be it in the form of a union or otherwise, can only be a reality with the public verdict of Oromo people. Regional integration should not happen at the cost of Oromo national freedom. Real, stable and true regional integration can only be build on the stable rock of a strong Oromo national freedom. May Waaqa help all the stakeholders of the region not to be against this noble cause of Oromo people, i.e. against the national independence with the regional integration in the form of own Oromia state within Ethiopian union! Now, the well evolved ethiofederalist EZEMA (ECS) of Dr. Berhanu and and ethnofederalist Gamtaa (CDF) of General Kamal can agree on democracy as rule of the game and compete for power in Caffee Araaraa in the coming election.

Nonsense!

The history of Ethiopia OR the United States is what happened in the past. We all can live with that.

Native people lived in Ethiopia, there are local and foreign documentations of thousands of years of history of the "Ethiopia" as a State. Except the Tulama with only similarity to you is a spoken language, majority Oromo Gosas as in the present state moved in after Gragn took over the Ethiopian State. They came from South of Bale all the way to Gondar and beyond. They wiped out/assimilated some 28 native people while moving north. These history is documented not only by others but, by well known Oromo scholars.

What you call "Amharaization" is the outcome of a nation building. Ethiopianism is an amalgamation of cultures. As English is the US's major languange and because it is the major working language, the Germans who are the majority (whites) don't get out of shape complaining in the USA. Do they?

So claiming some pro-"Oromummaa" and demanding an existing State for thousands of years before you, to belong to you is oxymoron. The majority of your gosas came towards the center in the 15th century.

On the other-hand, when say, a Shoa Oromo claims Ethiopia, it is in the persona of Ras Mekonen Gudisa, HIM or Mengistu Hailemariam.

It has nothing to do with your backwards "Oromummaa". That is why you commit genocide on christian Tulama and destroy its statues; that has to stop once and for all.

In the same talking:

The English people in 1607 went to the place called Jamestown, Virginia. Other Europeans settlers followed. France, Spain ...colonized North America. 1775, a war broke out between 13 colonies and Britain over paying taxes. On July 4, 1776, Founding Fathers wrote the United States Declaration of Independence. English is the major medium and no one bothers to waste time to change that; at the same time, one can learn other languages.

Check the following discussion of Oromummaa VS Ethiopia!
