Abay Dam will provide service for the current ethnics of Ethiopia so long the ethnics want electric power and can afford to pay their electric bill and then any left over will be sold to neighboring countries. Whether an ethnic is bond holder or not you cannot get electric service to your home so long you cannot pay and the net profit will be divide among all bond holders based quarterly or annually and there is no effect if you declare your independent will affect your share of electric city from Abay Dam. The Dam was built by all the ethnics of the current union and the first priority will be given service to the current union ethnics whether they will be an independent nations or one Ethiopia, Abay dam does not have any effect what will happen to the current Ethiopia and ethnics should not think about Abay Dam to your decision making whether you want be an independent nation. Abay Dam will be protected by all ethnics and share the benefits by all ethnic bond holders. There will not be one ethnic alone to be beneficiary nor any ethnic will be denied because that ethnic is not part of Ethiopia. If Somali or Oromo or Tigray or Sidama declares an independent nation still that nation is part of Abay Dam owner and will have equal benefits with the rest of ethnic in the current union.
