Democracy only works when obligation to ones country is fulfilled and when the over 90% of a country's citizens are educated.
Any citizen who lives in a democratic western nation for a long time importing democray to one's nation by relocating to owns country is a disaster.

I disagree with you. Three hundred years ago, the American population was not over 90% educated. The rest of the story, I am sure you know. It is because of Dictators who promote division among the population to hold on to power for life and try to pass leadership to their family members is some of the real problem of dictatorship. Ethiopia is just like the former Yugoslavia. It has been abused by many inept leaderships. It has nothing to do with the absence or presence of democracy. Federation is not bad if it is done right (USA, Switzerland, etc...), but federation based of ethnicity is very divisive and deadly. However, in Ethiopia's case the alternative to ethnic federation is viewed as the system of the past which was really bad for some of the subpopulation such as the Oromos. Unlike Yugoslavia, Ethiopia can not be disintegrated peacefully. That is a no no. Actually, what is holding Ethiopia is the semi democracy element in the system. Are African sh-itty countries, well Africa was not shi---ty some four hundred years ago. European renaissance is somewhat responsible for it. The Portuguese missionaries who couldn't defeat a single western african country did a lot of damage using religion. Legitimate democracy is the key. The strong men who continuously pop out of the jungles of Africa are killing Africa. Unless, the white population is superior to the blackies even with the same level of education, well thought out legitimate democracy should work in Africa
