The Nile is Ethiopian. Ethiopia should fill the Dam to provide electricity to her population and neighbouring countries.
The water flow is not hindered through the Dam.
Egypt makes itself ridiculous by demanding the impossible.
No force on Earth would stop Ethiopia from filling the Dam.
Egypt should work with Ethiopia and the other riparian countries.
The Nile should not be an issue. Ethiopia has the obligation to harness the Nile.
