Why should we be surprised about that. What is Tigray today but a monument to the massive theft the TPLF has conducted over its 27 years of looting spree of Ethiopia. Everything built in Tigray, whether personal or public is stolen property. It is the essence of the TPLF to loot. They steal lands that don't belong to them. They were caught red-handed trying to steal a mountain, for God's sake.

Now there are lot of unfinished buildings in Mekele and other parts of Tigray. They will never be finished because the looting has been stopped. They will stand for eternity as monuments of the shameless looting!
