If Tegarus were as dishonest to each other as they have been to Eritreans and Ethiopians, they wouldn't have a cohesive society.
To put it differently, if Seyoum Mesfin were to lie to Getachew Reda as much he has lied to Ethiopian and Eritreans, Seyoum and Getachew would be at each other's throat.

A society of all against all is not feasible, and wouldn't survive a single day.

Tigray has attacked Somalia, Eritrea, Oromia, the Amharas and the Afars, just to name a few.
And if they were to attacked each other with similar vengeance, we would have a dog eat dog society in Mekelle.
But, evidently we don't have such a situation in Mekelle, and there seems to be a semblance of cohesion in the Tigray society.

That is why I am asking, can one be dishonest to an out group and honest internally. Can Seyoum Mesfin habitually lie to me and habitually tell the truth to Getachew Reda?
