What I don't understand is why the Abiy administration is still protecting these lunatic thieves by not putting all their looting secrets out and shut them off once and for all. Seyim the lying Mesfin has even gone far enough to dare the PM to show their wealth so that the public would be the judge. TPLF thinks that the Nobel Prize $1m that the PM was awarded is something that was taken from the Ethiopian coffer...hahaha. I am not a politician to offer easy ready made answers for difficult questions but yet what can you expect from a tiny minority front (tplf) who came from a tiny minority base and with the help of some blue eyed supporters grabbed state power so as to monopolize everything 100% through masterful series of lies and deceits which in their language can be termed as diplomacy and ambassadorship rare skills. What have the ambassador been doing all along his long term in ambassadorial jobs other than siphoning poor Ethiopians money in to the anonymous secret bank accounts and tax paradise deposits being managed by nameless and faceless anonymous shadow figures.

That in fact is why ato Seyum is coming out publicly and try to compare his bank deposit with that of Dr. Abiy's deposits as means of seeking attention and relevance at this very lonely times facing very cold tides. Nothing new because it is in the long standing tradition of the tplf oligarchs in which case even PM Meles even used to say that he has only few hundred Birr salary on which he barely survives when the fact is that he had lots of money in several bank accounts in the names of his family and relatives if not directly in his own name. And many of these top leaders like Samora y. claim to have very poor salary but yet building multistory rental and residential buildings on lands confiscated from the poor Oromo peasants. The principle of having lots of money in secret anonymous bank accounts came to town with them from the times when they were in the forest and foreign governments and supporters were funneling streams of money to the front.

I don't believe that the PM is protecting them but rather and perhaps protecting the Tigryan people (Ethiopians) from facing collateral damages when the heat increases and the screws increasingly get tightened. So it may be a case of not willfully administering euthanasia to the dying patient so that you may not be directly considered as some kind of "murderer" residing in the highland of the beautiful Shegger which may become a pain in the ar$$$ of the emerging democracy.
