Phase 1 of TPLF role ( after defeating Dereg) was establishing the Federal states under new constitution and developing Ethiopia, which was successfully accomplished, phase 2 is developing autonomous Tigray to prepare it to be the center of innovation, economic development and political nucleus of the Horn Africa . Phase 3 is establishing the Axumite Federal States ( including today's Eritirea) based in Tigray. Ascaris will be brainwashed to accept their Tigray identity during phase 2.
