It is Tigrayans who founded Ethiopia. There is a lot of evidence that Aksumites were Tigrayans from current Tigray. The Amharas were slaves and were colonised by Tigrayans.
It is only Tigray which is consistent with the ancient history of Aksum. We need to protect Tigray from attacks from savage Amharas, Eritreans and others.
