All riparian countries should participate in any talks about Ethiopia's Nile Dam. The Great Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) is built on the Abay (Nile) River inside Ethiopia. Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and other riparian countries should be involved.
The Dam is almost complete and filling of the dam is to start during the rainy season in July and August, where Abay River fills up from it's territories.
There is no need to delay the filling of the dam. Egypt should adjust it's needs to the dam's needs.
