Congratulations Halafi. You had been talking about this very long time ago in an unsuspected time.
No one had taken it seriously at that time.
Now it is a reality.
The Chinese ambassador says: " We respect Tigraians and we love Tigraians."
Our response is: " We respect China and we love Chinese.".
Actually, we will kill Halafi after this project is over. He happens to be a very divisive individual and in Tigrai, we do not like that.
