The problem with you and your types is that you lack vision and perspective since you love to think in the form of "My way or no other way." In that case you give no choices for yourself and for the other parties to come together some times in the future even if not right now. Change, transformation and democracy are not one stop Shop, but ongoing process which gets processed and improved with each passing elections and each parliamentary debates after debates. Elections are not necessarily bringing democracy, equality and justice for all.

If it is a matter election alone, even the Nazi Leader, Adolf Hitler was democratically elected. That is why we have to take several other indicators of democracy and work on them too. Jawar need not go to the extreme end of matters or extreme end of the line and make his life impossible to the extent of losing his chances of future coming back for debate for the second, third, fourth, etc. times after times.

In the USA the heated debates and the ups and downs of elections were going on non stop since 1776 to this very moment. Now then, if Jawar is saying my winning now or death now, as you seem to be agitating him to go and die, instead of advising him not to go and die like me (Sun) then he must be the last fool swimming the contaminated dirty Maddy pool and denying himself the life after election or no election under the Sun or during the full Moon.

Jawar needs to think in a multidimensional way and step back and create positive good atmosphere so as to negotiate with the ruling party, however things might seem to be far from perfect. If violence's and chaos erupt they come simply from the many and divided self centered power mongering aggressive small and big opposition political groups who have never seen and never heard about the solid and united front to freely push for the establishment of democratic system and root it deep under the soil in the country and for the future.

So may God bless Mamma Oromiyya and Mamma Ethiopia so that the Moon and the Sun may keep shining bright with all the energy that comes from the planet that have all the might.

I have a question for the armchair political analysts and haters, can you tell us what wrong PM Abiy has done to you, to the people who you claim to stand for?

- is it because he does not refer to your favourite code word “Neftegna”,
- is it because he does not express hate against the Amhara,
- is it because he does not condemn Menelik, the greatest statesman of all times,
- is it because he thinks and talks positive about Ethiopia and its future,
- is it just because his mother happens to be Amhara who fell in love with a Muslim Oromo,
- is it because of all of the above,

You know, blame him for all the things you consider “sin”, but what is going on in Ethiopia is bigger than all of us. Ethiopia shall be free from the ethnic entrepreneurs like TPLF and OLF in the end. If not Abiy someone else will make sure that happens. The alternative is simply hell!

gagi, they hate him for the reasons you mentioned and more. But they have no power to do anything to stop him. Abiy slowly but surely elevated himself to be an Ethiopian politician. Those village politicians could scream all they want, but could not master to have a fraction of audience he has: the Ethiopian people.
