i think this rookie negotiator must change the name of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam to the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance water bank not dam water bank big difference between water bank and dam..

dam means to stop the water .. but we r not stopping the water we not even using the water we use the power with in the water to generate power this must be told to Egypt clearly every Ethiopia negotiator must correct tv host that it is not a dam it is water bank..

Egypt should stop wasting water and use modern drip irrigation, no more flood irrigation ..
