Interesting collaboration! Only Gurages could do this.
I was reminded how difficult it is in Ethiopian context to nail-down the project cost even after halfway through construction. Project managers in the West would be crucified if they mention any figure above the project budget.
Having water-tank & septic tank next to each other is something new to me. And people in the West used to install underground water cistern within a building footprint until 1900. It doesn’t exist anymore.

አቤቤ ባለሀብቶችን እንዲሰሩ ማድረግና መሰረተ ልማትና ብድር የመሳሰሉትን ማመቻቸት እንጂ እራሷ ህንፃ ስራ ውስጥ መግባት የለባትም። ህግና ሥርዐት ማስከበር የተሳናቸው፣ ለህዝብ ማሳያ ፕሮጀት ማኔጅመንትና ማይክሮ ማኔጅመንት ላይ ጊዜ ስለሚያባክኑ ይመስለኛል።
