Horus - Are you quoting the guy or is that your own statement? First, I like that you’re now involved in other Killil’s matters. Second, whether you are quoting others’ opinions or reflecting your own, no one really knows what Amharas want. Pundits, elites & activists could say all kinds of things. The problem is that the road through the ballot-box seemed insurmountable to the inept actors, masquerading themselves under the name of "opposition", who spent the good part of their living ages in the name of opposition without any tangible achievements", so the next easier way that looked more promising to them is concoctions of all sorts to mislead the gullibles.
Not only the road through the ballot-box is increasingly looking unattainable but also the plan-B of endless call for a transitional government is looking more and more a pipe-dream to them.
So, have a mercy on this helpless souls.

እወክለዋለሁ የሚሉት ኣማራ ቀን በቀን በአረመኔዎች ካራ እየታረደ፥ እርሳቸው ትኩስ ዳቦ ሊበሉ ... ከባለጊዜዎቹ ጌቶቻቸው ጋር አጋሮ ይበራሉ።

Demeke only represents his belly. As to the new Oromuma juntas such as Selam & DTT, they want to shove this on Amharas as representatives. This doesn't need consensus & election. The general amhara public knows Demeke was a tplf servant and now OPDO servant.
The Amhara people are now in an interesting stage of their history. With the tigre junta being out of the picture, there is one more junta that will be sent to it's demise. This junta is the likes of Selam and DTT.

The plan-C I forgot to add is crafting an agenda for those in power for the foreseeable future and detract them from fulfilling their commitment to the public. They were dismayed that the government was still going after the business of planting trees instead of getting bogged down into the agenda of the detractors. That tool has functioned during the Meles era, now it has come out of age.
These all has left the "opposition" (in my own terms collection of inepts) in a disarray.
Somebody in a disarray can never be in a position to send somebody else to a demise. Take the bitter pill!

Painting a wrong picture as if there is a free and fair elections in Ethiopia. I strongly believe that dishonest people should be shot in public square.The only way we can find out if Demeke is rejected by his constituents is at the ballot box.
We all know the odyssey of Demeke Mekonen. How, when and why he was recruited is not a mystery. He was recruited by the group who just fled the country. By the way the PM of Ethiopia whom you are praising as a democratically elected leader has been also recruited for the same purposes by the TPLF.
Demeke Mekonen is a dishonest and despicable human being who makes a living out of the misery of the Amhara people which he doesn’t belong.

The honest and soul searching question is which category are PP-Demeke Mekonnen followers belong to, not about election for every one know there is none in Ethiopia so to speak practically.
