Congratulation to daughter of General Tsadiqan Gebretensae for graduating ftom Boston University. She will rule Eritrea after Issayas and his supporters are overthrown.
I do not have a complete information about the educational background of Tsadqan Gebre-Tinasaé but what I know about him is that he speaks good English and standard Tigrigna very well. The latter is striking for a Tigrayan. Having said that I disagree with your last point. Duket was correct when PMAA used it at that time. I've no doubt TPLF losing the war at the end however, G. Tsadkan is making Col. Abiy eat the word "duket" by giving him a run for his money.
