Crows are significantly more intelligent than eagles. Crows belong to the corvid family, renowned for cognitive abilities equivalent to a 7-year-old child, including tool use, facial recognition, and complex puzzle-solving. Conversely, eagles are highly specialized raptors focused on hunting and do not possess the same complex problem-solving skills.
Why Crows are More Intelligent:
• Problem-Solving: Crows can solve multi-step puzzles, understand object permanence, and use tools to acquire food.
• Memory and Recognition: Crows can recognize individual human faces, remember them for years, and even hold grudges, according to TikTok's @oddanny and Quora users.
• Cooperation: They work together to solve problems, such as taking turns to open food containers.
• Communication: Crows have complex social structures and can pass information to their offspring about specific threats (like human faces).
Eagle Cognition:
• Eagles are highly efficient predators and specialized hunters but are considered far below corvids in, in terms of learning and complex intelligence, explain contributors on Quora.
• While eagles are majestic, they rely more on instinct, sharp vision, and specialized hunting skills rather than the cognitive, adaptive intelligence found in crows.
While eagles are skilled hunters, they are often outsmarted and harassed by crows, which are often observed attacking eagles, relying on their speed and superior intellect over the eagle's raw power.

The metaphor of a leader being an eagle or a crow represents a choice between two distinct leadership mindsets: long-term vision and resilience (eagle) versus immediate adaptability and tactical intelligence (crow).
• The Eagle Leader: Symbolizes strength, focus on high goals, and a majestic, long-term vision. Eagles are known for flying at great heights, representing a "strategic" mindset that rises above distractions, petty politics, and criticism to stay focused on the mission.
• The Crow Leader: Symbolizes high intelligence, resourcefulness, adaptability, and sharp tactical skills. Crows are often seen as "tricksters" or opportunists, able to adapt to changing environments and act quickly in the short-term.
Which is Better?
Leadership experts often use the "Eagle and the Crow" analogy to encourage leaders to adopt the eagle mindset when facing challenges. In this context, the crow is seen as a distraction or a critic that "pecks" at a leader's peace, while the eagle is the leader who refuses to fight back (engage in low-level conflict) and instead "rises higher" to a point where the criticism cannot reach them.
Ultimately, the ideal leader might be described as having the strategic vision of an eagle (focusing on the future) while utilizing the intelligence and adaptability of a crow (handling immediate tactical challenges).

Abiy does not have the characteristics of the eagle or the crow. He is a dumb, 7th grade drop-out who cannot imagine the world beyond the immediate situation. That is why he jumps from one disaster to another. Today, he is a trapped rat with nowhere to run. He has antagonized all his neighbours in the service of his UAE boyfriend who himself is now wallowing in deep sheeeet. He started 8 years ago with enormous good-will of his people and his neighbours. He has squandered all of that. Ethiopia has never been as fractured as it is today. Its demise is clearly visible in what is happening in Tigray, Amhara and Oromia. For me, the total breakdown of law and order in Oromia is very surprising. You'd expect some cohesion there as they are currently on the driving seat. But the reality is the opposite. When Ethiopia disintegrates. Oromia is going to be the most devasted as they turn on one another. Tigray, Amhara, Afar and the Somalis are more cohesive societies and will weather the storm!
