Ain't it fun to watch Political Science world go through its inevitable self-cannibalization?
It doesn't have the ingenuity to move the world out of the utter entrapment of stagflation. The pre-violence gaze it receives from the population terrifies it from which it tries to get out by drumming up patriotism and marshal it from one war to another.
The sole utility of self aggrandizement of the Political Science world can't escape this dynamics of channeling by stagflation. The masses have no choice but suffer effects of wars or replace the political science world with a world of organizational sciences, with the sole deliverable utility of economic growth.
