almaze, what did Indian PM Modi say about PM Abiy Ahmed (PP regime of Ethiopia)??

However since PM Modi cut his trip short and left Ethiopia in the middle of the night...he might have actually called PM Abiy Ahmed the gaandu generation (meaning bullshetti...the ll is silent).
Wondering if the polyamorous PM Abiy Ahmed had offered some type of give and take??, to make Modi leave in such a hurry. 
(Abiy Ahmed PP = political prostitute, with aids addiction )
