In Amhara-Oromia border abiy must bring Shewa Amhara militias and Shewa Oromia militias together to fight off Fano and Shene. This combination is amazing as it will force the two regional militias especially Shewa Tulama and Shewa Amhara to work together and fight for the survival of the Ethiopian state just as in the time of Adwa. this means Amhara farmers in Arsi Oromia should join the Oromia militias to protect themselves from Oneg Shene and to avenge the churches burned by shene. contributing to a expanding manpower for the Gachana Sirna instead of joining Fano as we saw in Wellaga amhara farming men must join Gachana Sirna in woredas that have Amhara communities.
