100%, totally agree. It never been an institution. It used to be an አጋዓዚ mafia run and now ኦሮሙማ አባ-ገዳይ bandit. The growing tension inside "ENDF" or OLF-ENDF recently indicate a rift. For instance, in recent weeks, a fight broke in Addis Ababa where "ENDF" members refused to Oromia special force (Qeerroo) to join them wearing their military fatigue. The fight lasted hours. And in many fronts in Amhara region, army generals, colonels, etc. are flocking joining Fano - many of these defectors expose what the ugly the inside of OLF-ENDF is. There is no ambiguity, this is a matured sign of the fall of the regime.

It is a matter of time. Ethnic based internal divisions already eroded ENDF. When a national defense force is deployed in a long and exhausting civil war, fighting each other and coup is inevitable.
PP just can’t win the ugly civil war in Amhara, Tigray and Oromo. And it doesn’t know how to get out of it. If it withdraws then FANO, OLA and TDF will chase it for total annihilation. It can’t make a peace deal because no one trust Abiye.
The current civil war is similar to the TPLF & EPLF civil war against the Derg.
PP made a brutal mistake 2 years ago when it signed a secret deal with the TPLF in the final stages of the war at the expense of FANO, Amhara Liyu and Eritrea.
Just watch. This brutal civil war will end in total defeat for PP.
What worries me is that what follows the defeats of PP. I want it to be orderly. It would be good if a FANO victory followed by all inclusive competitive transitional government.
