Yet, they can't figure out the road to peace, at a balanced economy even if there is no growth, they could not figure out to cathch corruption and rpunish it, they could not figure out how help students learn skills and pass their exams, they could not figure out reducing crimes and providing justices to victims of crimes, they could not figure out how to reduce deadly road accidents, they could not figure out speedier rescue missions in cases of fires and landslides.
