The government in America and in Canada is rarely ever financing luxurious projects anymore in fact since 1980 I have never seen the western government do such
Luxurious projects are financed by private companies and the government supports it only if it's -very- important
Abiy ahmeds Abrehot library is a waste of money... even the bishofu airport is way to grand and expensive. The beautification of Addis abaaba is also a grand waste of money
