After years of allegations cutting the flow of water towards the Sudan and Egypt it now turns back 180 degrees and "blames" Ethiopia of releasing too much water towards both, causing even over flooding, effectively vindicating Ethiopia of all the blames it labelled against the same for years, if not decades. Ethiopia maintained all along that she has no aim of stopping the flow of the river, only use it to hit a turbine and generate electricity, before heading the same old route of the river to both countries.
