In 2019, the so-called Ethiopian government signed three agreements with Jack Ma to develop an electronic world trade platform worth 4 billion USD in war-torn Ethiopia, and we all know there has not even been a penny of investment by Jack Ma Alibaba Group in war-torn Ethiopia.
