Ethiopia has the truth on her side, while Egypt lacks this vital component. Ethiopia offered to visit the site of GERD to all Nile basin countries, including Egypt. Egypt not only declined but also started to lobby the other nations to decline the offer. Her Minister of Water went to the media and tried to preempt the attempt but failed.

8 Members of the basin accepted the invitation and went there to pay a visit and tribute to the magnificent project, which saddened Egypt, one more time.
