If Abiy restarts war in Tigray his end is near!
Abiy has no reason to restart war in Tigray , he better implement the over due Pretoria Agreement & start political dialogue with TPLF. The more he is obsessed to see TPLF dead he is accelerating his demise ! Spiritually speaking Abiy's throne is built on the blood and bones of the Tigrayan martyrs who lost their life during the 17 years struggle against Derg.
