Somalia has hundreds of potential ports and large coasts it does nothing with that coast... Ethiopia needs it and should have a port access economically
Abiys plan of using port for naval reasons are strange I don't see a good reason for Ethiopia having a navy. Ports should be used for economic activity
Ethiopia is not engaged in fighting naval wars lol Ethiopia can't fight Houthi nor Somali pirates so the navy is just a waste of money
Abiy will always follow EU and America advice no matter how much he wishes he could avoid it..... MOU is powerless... Abiy was told by western officials to ask Somalia Government for permission for MOU...and dealing with Somaliland is illegal by international diplomatic rules . So Abiy has to follow those orders
