The interview is deliberately conducted in English on a national TV, implying that the message is directed at the international audience (specially neighboring countries) to stress the core message of "think not only twice but 10 times, before wishing to mess with Ethiopia", like the PM clearly stated in one of his public speeches recently.

First put your house in order before you venture in confronting far away enemies.
Those who cannot protect and stabilize their inside cannot protect the outside.
Today much of the corruption, black marketing, drug transitions and sabotages are done by the Eritreans community in Ethiopia that are growing in numbers every day.
Derg committed the same mistakes and Ethiopia paid the price.
Just like the Derg, PP’s focus is murdering innocent Ethiopians in Oromia, Tigray and Amhara while babysitting the criminals like Shabia in central Ethiopia.
Instead of beating the war drum, first do your homework competently.
