Satan Mamo killo's and his demon's plan has been to create a green zone in Addis Ababa where only the rich and cadres of PP live. The border of the green zone would be the already built ring road. If you want to live within this border, you have to meet two criteria: support the PP agenda and be rich enough to afford the costs of living there.
Only workers with permission will be allowed to enter the zone in the morning to work and leave at the end of their shift. Most of the vacant lands in the city will be converted to gardens and parks. Most of Kasanchis and Piaza are dedicated for this purpose. Parks and gardens are cheaper to erect and don't require the participation of private investment.
